Navigating a cancer diagnosis for our sweet dog has been one of the most emotional and overwhelming experiences we’ve ever faced. When our elderly dog was diagnosed with anal sac adenocarcinoma, we felt heartbroken and unsure of how to make the best decisions for his comfort and well-being. While our veterinary clinic provided excellent medical care and recommendations, we quickly realized we needed additional support to address his overall quality of life—physically, emotionally, and nutritionally. That’s when we connected with Pennye, and we truly don’t know how we would have managed this journey (so far) without her.
From our very first conversation, Pennye brought not only deep knowledge, but also warmth, compassion, and clarity to a very confusing and stressful experience. She took the time to understand our dog’s medical situation, personality, and our families needs. With this context, she guided us through a range of holistic options that could work in tandem or instead of traditional veterinary care. She never positioned her recommendations as a replacement for veterinary care, but instead as a complement—something that really earned my trust.
She helped us create a thoughtful nutrition plan, incorporating anti-inflammatory foods and natural supplements to support his immune system and digestive health. These small but meaningful adjustments have made a big difference. My pup is not only stable—he is vibrant, engaged, and still enjoys his days, even as he lives with a serious diagnosis.
Perhaps most importantly, Pennye supported us as much as she supported our dog. Her reassurance, availability, and encouragement reminded me that we weren’t alone. She helped us feel empowered instead of helpless, and for that we are deeply grateful.
We still have a journey ahead of us, but I feel more prepared and more at peace knowing that Pennye is part of our support team. Her holistic approach, grounded advice, and genuine care have been a gift. wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone navigating complex health issues with their pet—her work truly makes a difference. Thank you, Pennye!
