2. Not Veterinary Medical Care

IMPORTANT: Woof Nutrition, LLC works in conjunction with, not as a replacement for, veterinary medical care.

• Our consultations recommend nutrition, supplementation, and lifestyle changes to complement your veterinarian's recommendations.

• We are not licensed veterinarians and do not provide veterinary medical diagnosis, treatment, or prescriptions.

• Our services do not constitute veterinary medical advice and should not be used as a substitute for professional veterinary care.

• You should always consult with a licensed veterinarian regarding your pet's health concerns, medical conditions, diagnoses, and treatments.

• In case of emergency, contact your veterinarian or emergency veterinary clinic immediately.

• We recommend working collaboratively with your veterinary team and encourage you to share our recommendations with your veterinarian.

3. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about your pet's health history, current conditions, medications, and dietary habits

• Maintain regular veterinary care for your pet

• Share nutrition recommendations with your veterinarian

• Follow veterinary medical advice and prescribed treatments

• Inform us immediately of any adverse reactions or concerns

• Implement recommendations gradually and monitor your pet's response

• Contact your veterinarian before making significant changes to prescribed medications or treatments

4. Consultation Process and Scheduling

Initial Consultations

Initial consultations are exploratory sessions to discuss your pet's health challenges, review your goals, and determine if we are a good fit to work together.

Comprehensive Consultations and Wellness Packages

These include thorough assessments, personalized nutrition protocols, supplement recommendations, and implementation guidance. Wellness packages may include multiple sessions over a 1-4 month period.

Scheduling and Attendance

• Consultations are scheduled by appointment

• You will receive confirmation and any necessary preparation instructions

• Please arrive on time for scheduled appointments

• If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours notice

5. Payment Terms

• Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing

• All fees are quoted in U.S. Dollars

• We accept payment via credit card, debit card, financing options, or other methods as indicated on our Site

• Prices are subject to change, but you will be charged the rate in effect at the time of booking

• All sales are final unless otherwise specified in our Refund Policy

Third-Party Financing

We offer financing options through All Pet Credit Card, a third-party financing provider.

• Independent Service: All Pet Credit Card is an independent third-party service not owned, operated, or controlled by Woof Nutrition, LLC

• Separate Terms: Your use of All Pet Credit Card is subject to their separate terms and conditions, privacy policy, and credit agreement

• Credit Approval: Approval for financing is at the sole discretion of the financing provider and subject to their credit criteria

• No Guarantee: We do not guarantee approval for financing and are not responsible for financing decisions

• Financing Terms: All financing terms, interest rates, payment schedules, and promotional offers (such as "No Interest if Paid in Full within 6 Months") are determined solely by All Pet Credit Card

• Your Responsibility: You are responsible for understanding and complying with all financing terms, making timely payments, and managing your account directly with the financing provider

• No Liability: Woof Nutrition, LLC is not liable for any issues, disputes, fees, or consequences arising from your use of third-party financing

• Service Terms Apply: Regardless of your payment method, all services remain subject to these Terms and Conditions, including our Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Prequalification: Prequalification for financing does not guarantee approval and may require additional verification

By using third-party financing, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and accept the financing provider's terms separately from these Terms.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Client Cancellations

• Cancellations made with at least 24 hours notice may be rescheduled without penalty

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice or no-shows will forfeit the consultation fee

• For wellness packages, cancellation terms will be specified in your service agreement

Refunds

• Initial consultation fees are generally non-refundable once the consultation has been conducted

• For comprehensive consultations and wellness packages, refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for unused services

• Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the service date

• We reserve the right to refuse service and issue refunds at our sole discretion

• Financed Purchases: If you paid using third-party financing (such as All Pet Credit Card), any approved refunds will be processed back to the financing account. You remain responsible for all obligations to the financing provider according to your credit agreement, including any accrued interest or fees. Refunds do not automatically cancel or modify your financing agreement.

Our Right to Cancel

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule consultations due to illness, emergency, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will work with you to reschedule or provide a full refund.

7. Results and Outcomes

• Individual results vary based on numerous factors including your pet's condition, compliance with recommendations, diet quality, concurrent treatments, and underlying health issues

• We do not guarantee specific results or outcomes from our services

• Nutritional changes may take time to produce noticeable effects

• Some pets may not respond to nutritional interventions as expected

• Regular follow-up and adjustments are often necessary for optimal results

8. Supplements and Products

• Supplement recommendations are based on your pet's individual needs and available research

• We may recommend specific brands or products based on quality and efficacy

• You are not obligated to purchase supplements from any particular source

• We do not guarantee results from any supplement or product

• Always introduce new supplements gradually and monitor your pet for any adverse reactions

• Inform your veterinarian of all supplements your pet is taking

• Discontinue use and consult your veterinarian if adverse reactions occur

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Woof Nutrition website and in our materials, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Woof Nutrition, LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.

• You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission

• Personalized protocols and recommendations provided to you are for your personal use only

• You may not share, sell, or distribute your personalized protocols to others without our permission

10. Confidentiality and Privacy
