Here's the thing about immune health: By the time your pet is getting sick repeatedly, we're playing catch-up. The time to strengthen immunity is NOW—before cold weather, before kennel cough season, before holiday stress, before we're stuck indoors for months.
This month was about understanding how the immune system works, recognising when it needs support, and implementing nutrition strategies that optimise immune function before winter challenges arrive.
We close out the month together. This session is your chance to report back on how this month's protocol worked for your pet, what shifted, what didn't, and where you need to adjust before we move into next month's theme. It's also open Q&A, so bring anything else on your mind: symptoms, supplement questions, or a case you want a second set of eyes on. Think of it as our monthly capstone. It’s a space to reflect, troubleshoot, and leave with a plan.
CTA: Come with your wins, your questions, and your pet's case. Let's finish the month strong together.
How's the immune optimisation work going? I hope you're building strong defenses as we head into the busy season. Speaking of which—November is here, which means the holiday season is officially upon us.
And while this time of year brings joy, celebration, and togetherness, it also brings something else: stress. For you, and definitely for your pets.
Bring anything. This is your mid-month check-in with Pennye. It’s an open floor for whatever's coming up with your dog or cat, whether it's a new symptom, a question about this month's theme, or you just want a second opinion before your next vet visit. No topic is too small and no case is too complex. Come with your pet's current diet, symptoms, or a photo if it helps. We'll dig in together and get you a clear next step.
CTA: Drop your questions in the forum ahead of time or bring them live! Either way, I'll see you on the call.
Recurring: First Thursday of every month, 7:00–8:00 PM

Between Thanksgiving, December holidays, New Year's, travel, houseguests, schedule disruptions, rich foods, decorations, and general chaos—the next two months can be overwhelming for even the most easy-going pets.
This month was about preparing NOW for the holiday season, implementing calming strategies before the stress hits, and having a game plan for every holiday challenge you might face. We're combining everything we've learned about anxiety management, routine changes, and stress resilience into one comprehensive holiday survival guide.

Can you believe we're already in December? As we close out 2026, I want to take this month to pause, reflect on everything we've accomplished together, celebrate your wins (and your pets' wins!), and thoughtfully plan for an even healthier, happier 2027.
But first—let's acknowledge that December is still part of the holiday season, so keep those calming protocols from November active! We're not done with holiday stress yet. This month, we're balancing reflection and planning with continued support through the final holiday push.

This isn't just another topic—it's a culmination of our entire year together. We've covered so much ground: gut health, seasonal transitions, joint mobility, anxiety management, immune optimization, and everything in between.
Now it's time to:
Reflect on where you started and how far you've come
Celebrate the improvements, big and small
Assess what worked, what didn't, and why
Identify patterns and connections you've discovered
Plan intentionally for your pet's wellness in 2027
Commit to sustainable practices moving forward
